I recall the days of faith that I'm still keeping
I feel like a soldier going to the front
The war is not over there's things to be done
Wherever you are, I know for sure
You made your mark in this world

The path that we walk is not an easy one
Sometimes it's lonely like a shot in the sky
Now that you're dead I'm a ghost ship
keeping your memory deep inside of me

Some images just come back to me
of us walking the city streets.
People will always be born and die,
what matters is what's done in between.
